Depending on the trailer attached to the vehicle and the manufacturer’s specifications for the trailer and fifth wheel, the maximum permissible mass of the trailer + load may be less. The strength of the trailer and fifth wheel (values D and S in particular) are shown on a plate fastened to them. Value D is used to calculate the Maximum Permissible Mass pulled by the tractor, as follows: MPM =( DxTx1000)/[(Tx9.81)-(1000xD)], where T = max mass of vehicle (GVW) (in kg) and D = value (in kN) shown on the trailer. The maximum mass of the vehicle (in kg) is therefore less than or equal to the MPM for a maximum permissible laden weight of the vehicle which can be up to 2000kg.

Itineo Fiat chassis is different from Fiat Original commercial FIAT / carrier. Accessories fitted as an option are not included when determining the weight of the vehicle. The weight of accessories is to be deducted from the load capacity.
